Ejerie Labs blends liberatory strategy, organizational support, and political education to increase the impact of grassroots leftist movements. Founded in 2022, Ejerie Labs is a laboratory that incubates social justice experiments and interventions towards fighting rising fascism and building abolitionist futures.

Ejeris is available for public speaking engagements, workshops, to facilitate meetings on racial justice, community organizing, transformative justice, LGBTQ, anti-violence, economic justice, and other social justice topics.

Ejeris Dixon partners with organizations to assess, define, and enhance their political strategy, to ensure that it’s relevant to current conditions, and to support it in being clear, actionable, and successful. Having 25 years of co-creating grassroots campaigns within social justice settings, Ejeris uses their long term practices from community organizing to strengthen organizations and coalitions.

Ejeris uses popular education and liberatory facilitation strategies to help groups make shared decisions to define their direction, recommit to their goals, and navigate organizational structural challenges. Pulling from the Black Radical Tradition, and practices from Black Queer and Trans communities, Ejeris Dixon’s facilitation practices are designed for grassroots communities navigating trauma and violence and are seeking to shift the conditions of their lives.
